Self-Esteem Level
II: 12 week group exploring self-esteem
building tools and providing weekly support. Appropriate for those who completed the 4 week self-esteem course and those wanting
to gain additional experience and support building self-esteem. (Topics: perfectionism, thought logs, positive self-talk,
assertiveness, and much more). Held on Mondays from 6:45 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Co-facilitators Michelle Market, LPC and Debbie Marrelli,
LPC. $50 registration fee, cost $200 per month. (limited to 8 participants). Beginning Monday, May 12th, 2008
